1. Introduction of the Machining Center
The SV series vertical machining center, standard configuration with Heidenhain system. The machining center features high positioning accuracy, fast response speed, and the ability to perform three-axis machining. It also has the functions of automatic tool changing and automatic measurement of parts and tools. It can achieve efficient and automated processing.
The machining center is composed of components such as the bed, column, beam, ram box, ram, pneumatic system, automatic lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling and chip removal system, electrical numerical control system, detection system and fully enclosed protection system. The machining center moves left and right through the ram box (X-axis), moves forward and backward through the beam (Y-axis), moves up and down through the ram (Z-axis). Each direction of movement can be automatically controlled by the control unit.
The main castings of this machining center are made of high-strength cast iron materials shaped by resin sand. It adopts a reasonable box body and reinforcement structure, which has good bending resistance, good rigidity and excellent stability. The main movement of the machining center adopts the high-speed electric spindle, and the automatic tool release and clamp of the spindle can be realized. The X, Y, and Z axes are driven by servo motors, and the servo motor directly drive the ball screw to rotate through the coupling. The machining center is equipped with a fixed worktable, making the transmission system have very high motion accuracy and transmission rigidity.
