The double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line SBZ500S type which is high speed and efficient from Dalian Sunlight was got growth of a blowout in the past year 2014.

For three years research, Dalian Sunlight has the new production SBZ500S corrugator in shuttle structure which is the first one all over the world. As this corrugator has less mould blocks, better pipe forming performance, higher precision on controlling and higher production speed, the SBZ500S corrugator has gained the satisfaction from the pipe manufactures domestic and abroad. ERA Group, Zhongcai Group, Weixing Group and Goody Group has being purchased almost 30 pieces high speed lines in last year.

This new SBZ500S extrusion line is equipped with new designing screws and dedicated gear boxes, so the power cost would be lower and energy conservation is achieved.

The new planetary saw is equipped with server motor to achieve synchronizing speed, with variable frequency motor to control revolution speed, with new structure to achieve fast clamping and with new designed signal collection device to achieve reliability. All these changes and developments could assure the cutting machine well meets the cutting requests of the high speed extrusion line.
